Yes, we do our best to keep everything we sell in stock and ship out complete orders. If an item is back stocked when they come available we will contact you.
- Can I hold the items that are saved on my shopping cart?
Yes, our server will remember the items that are in your shopping cart. But, please note that we do not guarantee a hold on the items. So all our items are on a “first come, first service”, meaning no items can be held for anyone. Whoever purchases the items first will receive it.
- Can I pick up my order?

- Do you accept COD?
Sure, we do accept COD orders. We only ACCEPT Certified Cashier’s Check or Money Orders. All shipments going to a Residence is required to have “Signature Require” Service, ($4.00 fee) this amount will be waived on your next order. Please note: UPS COD Fee $13.00 (USD)

- Do you accept international orders?
Absolutely. We will ship anywhere in the world where our couriers ship. (Via. UPS or USPS)
- For orders shipping outside of the U.S. Will I be charged additional duties and taxes?
When you place an international order at www.cravebodyjewelry.com or with an in-house sales rep, you authorize our shipping carrier (UPS) customs broker to act as your agent with Customs and Revenue (depending on country) to clear merchandise and process all duties and taxes. If you choose (USPS) all duties and taxes if applied the buyer will be liable.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) Provincial Sales Tax (PST), and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) are a percentage of the subtotal of the value of the merchandise purchased and the duties on that merchandise as required by law. - How do I get the quantity price break?
Quantity price breaks are automatically calculated when you purchase the same style and same color. There are no price breaks on the following items:
– Specials, Package Deals, and Display Deals
- How long does it take to ship the merchandise upon ordering?
After checking out, your order gets processed, depending on the shipping method and the time in which your order was placed. We do our best to ship out all shipments the same day if the order is received by 12pm (PST)
– All orders that come in over the weekend gets processed the following business day (Monday through Friday)
– If there is a Holiday mixed in with the weekend, orders will get processed the following business day (Monday through Friday)
– Priority shipments (UPS1, UPS2, and UPS3) (USPS Express) received before 12PM (PST) will get processed that same day; if received after the Cut-off time that order will be processed the following business day.

- I do not have a seller’s permit. Can I still purchase from you?
We are closed to the general public and will require a business license /or seller’s permit.
- I was just curious as in weather you drop ship or not?
Sorry, we do not do any form of drop shipping, but are in the works of making this a reality in the near future.
- It seems as though I lost my password to log in, how would I go about receiving a new password?

- May I use your online images?
Absolutely! We will be more than happy to provide you the images you purchased, if additional images are needed please contact us/contact your sales rep.
- My orders been shipped but I still can’t track it. How can I find out where it is?
Tracking information is not available until your order has been shipped. And, regarding how you place your order (online or with an in-house sales rep) tracking will be emailed if you place your order online the day your shipment is shipped. For in-house orders you may contact us and request it from one of our friendly staff.
- What is the minimum amount to order?
Our minimum is $50.00 USD for both international and domestic. (Various depending on promotions)
- What is your return policy?
Crave Body Jewelry take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent Customer Service. If in any case you are dissatisfied with a purchase/or receive damaged items (during transportation), we’ll assist you with a prompt replacement of your return(s) or if our inventory does not permit; then you will be given a store credit.
All returns must be notified within 5 days of the shipment receipt and must be accompanied by an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and a Return and Exchange form or a Copy of your Invoice. To obtain your RMA number you may email us at email@example.com / firstname.lastname@example.org you may also call us at 213-244-1414 / 213-244-9984 (Monday-Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM Pacific Standard Time). If you cannot obtain an RMA form, please make a copy of your invoice and write the RMA# on the top right and corner.
How to Return / Exchange
Any items returned due to wrongly ordered such as (ex: wrong size, color, style, dissatisfaction, ordered by mistake), when received will incur a 30% restocking fee. Returns will be processed as exchange or store credit on your online account ONLY/NO REFUNDS. Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning.
Please note that we will not honor any items that have passed our 5 day grace period. Any items without the original packaging or already sold to the customer will not be honored.
Packaging and Return Instructions
Return(s) to be accepted for store credit all items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories. Any items that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. Along with a return and exchange form, package your returns in a secure box or padded envelope. Ship by using USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, or other legitimate parcel carriers. Crave Body Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or damaged package(s), so please ship your packages insured with tracking for your safety. Any returns received due to poor packaging, will not be honored. Keep your shipping receipt until you have fully received your exchange or credit.
Returns, Other Shipping and Handling Info
Re-shipping and credits are not issued until your returns are received by our Customer Service Center. If items are returned from orders that received free shipping discount, original shipping will be charged. If you have an exchange for the same item on defected products, no additional shipping & handling charges will incur.
